What happens once my order is placed?

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email detailing your order. You will also receive a link to our custom verification form. This form must be submitted to complete the processing of your order (if you have scheduled your unit consultation, the measurements can be gathered at that time as well). Once shipped, you will receive another email containing your tracking information.

 

Shipping

Custom "BYOB" Pre-Order Unit:

Once we have received the hair, please allow 14-21 days for construction, styling, & customization. Once your unit has been perfected to your styling request, it will be shipped using USPS Priority 2–3-day shipping.

 

Custom Pre-Order Unit:

Once we have received your order, please allow 14-28 days for construction, styling, & customization. Once your unit has been perfected to your styling request, it will be shipped using USPS Priority 2–3-day shipping.

  

Will I be able to track my order?

Yes! Once your order has been shipped, you will be provided a tracking number to the email address provided at checkout to track your shipment.

Custom Pre-order & BYOB Units:

Due to the current worldwide health crisis, all wig sales are final. We are confident in the high quality of work put into each unit. However, in the event you are unsatisfied with your purchase, contact us! We will do our best to work with and accommodate your request.
